WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Tuesday, the House of Representatives voted on H. Res. 881 –A Resolution Condemning the Heinous Terrorist Attack on Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas, on January 15, 2022. After voting in support of the legislation, Congressman Warren Davidson (R-OH) made the following statement:
“Today, I voted to condemn the anti-Semitic act of terror that took place on January 15, in Colleyville, Texas. I was proud to co-sponsor this resolution and join my colleagues on both sides of the aisle in denouncing anti-Semitism in all its shapes and forms.
Antisemitism has no place in our society. America is not an anti-Semitic country, and we will not tolerate any acts of violence against the Jewish community or any other faith community. Every American should enjoy the freedom to exercise their faith free from violence and free from fear.”
Congressman Davidson is an original co-sponsor of H.Res. 881.
