WASHINGTON, D.C. - Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) released the following statement on the Trump Administration’s reversal of the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule:

“Today’s announcement ends one of the most aggressive federal government power grabs in recent history. We all want clean water, but the WOTUS rule violates our Constitution. While the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineer’s move to end WOTUS should be the last we hear of this, Congress must also act by passing legislation to prevent any future administration from this kind of executive overreach."
