WASHINGTON, D.C. - The House Financial Services Committee announced subcommittee membership, naming Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) to the Subcommittee on Monetary Policy and Trade; the Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Securities, and Investment; and the Subcommittee on Terrorism and Illicit Finance.

Rep. Davidson released the following statement:

“It is an honor to work on these pressing issues which affect Main Street and the day-to-day lives of Ohioans. We will end ‘too big to fail,’ and we’ll replace Dodd-Frank’s complex regulatory structure with common-sense rules. By doing this, we’ll move past the policies that have crushed local businesses in our district these past eight years, finally allowing them to grow and serve their customers, and make it easier for hard-working Americans to achieve financial security.  We will work to make our monetary policy effective by keeping our Federal Reserve accountable and making them more transparent. Lastly, our Terrorism and Illicit Finance Subcommittee will 'follow the money' to defeat our enemies. This is a powerful committee doing work that is vital to the future for all Americans.”
