As a former Army Ranger, I believe America’s military should have a clear mission: fight and win America’s wars.
The Constitution gives Congress the solemn responsibility to authorize military action. When American servicemembers are put in harm’s way, Congress should debate the mission, define the objective, and ensure our servicemembers know that their elected representatives have their back.
The United States must maintain a strong national defense. I will support the men and women who serve and ensure they have the equipment, training, and resources needed to complete their missions and come home safely.
