Washington, DC — Congress today passed H.R. 2670, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2024 following several days of debate and amendment votes. Former Army Ranger, Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) voted in favor of the FY24 NDAA.

“I applaud my colleagues for working together to deliver a more focused, more capable, and more accountable approach to national security with this year’s National Defense Authorization Act.

“The base bill was improved by important amendments. While some failed, others have delivered significant improvements including reforms to stop DoD funded abortion and clawing back warrantless mass surveillance. This process lays the groundwork for further reforms that enable our DoD to stay focused on their vital mission without the radical left’s culture war distractions,” said Rep. Warren Davidson.

Rep. Davidson secured the following key amendments in H.R. 2670: FISA Reform, Allied Burden Sharing Report, and COVID-19 Vaccine Study
