WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman Warren Davidson (OH-08) released the following statement concerning friends and constituents Steve Staub, Sandy Kepingler, and Corey Adams who will be attending as special guests of President Trump, seated with the First Lady, at the President’s first State of the Union address.

“The Eighth District of Ohio is home to some incredible people, so I was elated to learn President Trump wants to highlight the talent and ingenuity of those in Springfield, Ohio to the rest of the world. As fellow manufacturers, Steve and Sandy and I have been friends for years. The Staub Manufacturing story is a bright and shining example of how the tax cuts and reform legislation from last year is having a positive and lasting impact on our economy at all levels.”

Note: Steve Staub and Warren Davidson are past chairman of the Dayton Region Manufacturing Association.

About:

Siblings Steve Staub and Sandy Kepingler started Staub Manufacturing Solutions, a contract manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication, twenty years ago.  Today they serve as president and vice president, respectively. Thanks to the “Trump bump” in their business, Staub Manufacturing Solutions has seen an uptick in sales, employment, and optimism. They have grown their team from 23 to 37 employees over the last year and recently expanded by acquiring a new building. Corey Adams is a welder at Staub Manufacturing who was also invited to attend the President’s address. Following enactment of the tax cuts and reform legislation last year, Steve and Sandy were able to give all their employees larger than expected Christmas bonuses.
